If you're looking to build something meaningful in a fast-growing, customer-focused company, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Quality Control Advisor at Zensurance, you’ll do more than just audit files and catch errors. You’ll help us dig into root causes so we can prevent issues before they happen.

This role is key to ensuring our broking teams stay accurate, compliant, and efficient as we scale.

Reporting to the Team Lead, you’ll analyze trends, identify underlying performance gaps, and help create practical solutions that support our brokers' day-to-day work. You’ll serve as a dependable quality partner, working alongside Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to refine workflows, elevate team learning, and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit Execution: Perform regular audits of sales files to ensure alignment with our quality and compliance standards.

  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring errors and customer concerns to uncover underlying causes and prevent repeat issues.

  • Reporting & Trends: Track audit metrics and prepare reports that highlight operational patterns, error trends, and areas for improvement.

  • Resource & Training Enablement: Create practical job aids, tip sheets, and reference materials that help brokers avoid common pitfalls.

  • Process Improvement: Share constructive feedback on existing workflows and update documentation as new tools and processes roll out.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Underwriting, and Product teams to align on quality standards, address bottlenecks, and support licensing compliance.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: 2+ years of auditing experience in the commercial insurance industry.

  • Licensing & Designations: A RIBO license or progress toward industry designations (such as CAIB or CIP) is a strong asset.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and look past symptoms to solve underlying process issues.

  • Documentation Skills: Experience creating straightforward job aids, workflows, or training guides.

  • Analytical Ability: Comfortable reviewing data, spotting trends, and drawing actionable insights from metrics.

  • Communication Skills: Clear, constructive communication style with a focus on coaching and enablement rather than policing.

  • Organization & Independence: Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle recurring audit cycles independently.
