Customer Experience Manager (M/W/D) English And German

Your Tasks 

• handling internal customer service issues (in writing only)

• quality assurance

• constantly reviewing and improving existing processes 

• supporting new projects

• testing of new projects

Requirements:

Your Profile 

• fluent in English and German (C1-Level)

• good working knowledge of MS Office

• currently living in Hamburg or the surrounding area (within commuting distance)

• strong communication skills and service mentality 

• high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn 

• ability to work independently and grasp things quickly

• nice to have: international travelling

• ideally, initial experience in a call center setting
