Job Overview:
The Implementation and Systems Integration Specialist will coordinate and execute the rollout of new systems across Andy’s operations. This includes hands-on configuration, deployment, data migration, and user training. The role blends project coordination with practical technical work—ideal for someone who understands both process and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage technology implementation projects from setup through go-live.
Perform hands-on configuration, deployment, and testing of new software solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and software vendors to align system functionality with operational requirements.
Assist with data extraction, preparation, and migration to and from legacy systems.
Use SQL or similar tools to validate data and support migration activities.
Create documentation, workflow diagrams, and training materials.
Provide end-user training and follow-up support to ensure smooth adoption.
Identify and recommend process improvements enabled by new technology.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience configuring and deploying software solutions.
Experience supporting technology or system implementation projects (ERP, Fleet maintenance systems, ELD, or TMS systems preferred).
Familiarity with data migration processes; SQL knowledge is an asset.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Understanding of business workflows in service, logistics, or maintenance settings.
Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
