Power Apps Developer

JOB SUMMARY:  

 
As a Power Platform Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with the client and cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and create custom applications and workflows. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of the software you create, including development, integration, testing and releasing the solution. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. This role may be involved in actively mentoring the client and junior team members, play an active role in addressing or helping the team with critical issues/escalation. 

Requirements:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Power Platform solutions. 

• Design, develop, integrate, test, and release applications, automations, and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). 

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications as needed. 

• Provide technical expertise and support to end-users and resolve any platform-related issues. 

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform development. 

• Proven experience as a .NET Full Stack with a strong portfolio of web application projects is a plus. 

• Experience with database design, development, and optimization of Dataverse, and SQL Server or other relational databases.  

• Bug fixing and improving application performance. 

• Translate architectures and blueprints into high quality code. 

• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. 

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. 

• Provide training, help, and support to the client and other team members. 

• Troubleshoot and debug applications. 

• Stay up to date with current best practices. 

• Follow new and emerging technologies. 

Benefits:

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. 

• Proficient in building Canvas and Model-driven apps, custom connectors, and Power Automate flows. 

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (optional) 

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (preferred) 

• Strong experience in Power Query, DAX, and data modeling for Power BI is a plus. 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integrations with Power Platform is a plus. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Professional working experience with .NET, SQL, EF is a plus.

• Bachelors/Masters in CS, SE or IT
