We are looking for a Senior BIM / Revit Manager to support a U.S. architectural team by improving Revit standards, maintaining templates and drawing sets, and providing daily technical guidance.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about Revit who enjoys solving complex technical problems, training colleagues, and improving how architectural teams work. The primary focus is internal BIM support, standards, and production workflows.

Strong architectural construction knowledge is essential. You must understand how buildings are constructed and how changes to materials, dimensions, and assemblies affect the drawings and details that communicate them.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the team’s go-to Revit expert, answering technical questions and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Provide practical training and ongoing support to team members.
  • Maintain and improve Revit templates, families, architectural details, and documentation standards.
  • Manage and update comprehensive master drawing sets, ensuring consistency across sheets, views, details, and model elements.
  • Translate changes in construction standards into accurate, coordinated updates throughout Revit templates and drawing sets.
  • Help resolve technical questions involving architectural detailing, wall assemblies, and construction documentation.
  • Establish and reinforce best practices for Revit modeling, documentation, and quality control.
  • Identify workflow improvements that reduce repetitive work, minimize errors, and improve production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the internal architectural team to ensure BIM standards support practical project requirements.

Requirements:
  • Extensive professional experience as a BIM Manager, Revit Manager, BIM Lead, or architect with advanced BIM responsibilities.
  • Expert-level Revit proficiency, including template management, family creation and editing, and documentation workflows.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining architectural BIM standards.
  • Strong understanding of building construction, architectural detailing, wall assemblies, and construction documents.
  • Experience supporting U.S. architectural projects and working with U.S. documentation standards and imperial units.
  • Experience maintaining complex drawing sets and coordinating changes across related details and documentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot advanced Revit issues and explain solutions clearly.
  • Experience training or mentoring architectural team members.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Availability for full-time work with overlap during the U.S. team’s business hours.

Benefits:
  • Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
  • Flexible schedules.
  • Work from anywhere.
  • Highly competitive compensation.
