Want to go beyond pretty pixels and create designs that move big businesses and drive enterprises? 

Join us! With Hotwire, you will have the opportunities to craft the design process, from research and ideation to creative conceptualization and design, up to final artwork on B2B marketing and communications for technologies renowned brands in the world. 

Your Responsibilities

• Propose kickass concepts founded on research and inspiration.
• Support Art Director and Marketing team for any design related task.
• Work closely with the team to deliver creative solutions and make ideas come to life.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant brand guidelines and design brands and campaigns that get people excited
• Create infographics, eBooks, proposal, socials, digital ads, storyboards and more for new and existing clients.
• Champion high levels of creative quality on all aspects of your projects.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying new techniques to enhance designs

Qualifications

Skills And Experience

• At least 5 - 6 years of experience as a Designer.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Figma.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro and web design is an added advantage – to support collaboration with other team members.
• Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A clear understanding of working with brand guidelines.
• Collaborative skills to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Methodical approach to producing FA, archiving assets and artwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Interest in developing conceptual editorial visuals — crafting artful, idea-driven visuals for thought leadership content.
• Comfortable using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney,) to speed up initial concepting, mood-boarding, and asset generation
