Senior It Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with at least five years of experience with US-based clients and IT consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates from internal databases, portals, and networking.
• Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-ups related information.
• Advertise job openings on different careers pages, social media, and job boards.
• Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Build warm and strong relationships during the candidate selection process.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
