About the role:

Cyderes is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst with strong Linux and Windows experience to support the deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications and infrastructure.

This is a hands-on deployment and implementation role, requiring experience with systems administration, DevOps practices, automation, and production environments. Experience with PingFederate or other identity management technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, upgrade, and maintain enterprise applications across Linux and Windows environments.
Manage application deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
Troubleshoot deployment issues, system configurations, application failures, and infrastructure problems.
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps processes.
Utilize Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate deployments and operational tasks.
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies.
Support cloud infrastructure and applications hosted in AWS or Azure.
Assist with identity integrations, SSO configurations, and authentication troubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to ensure successful deployments.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, application deployment, or infrastructure engineering.
Strong hands-on Linux and Windows Server administration experience.
Proven experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or cloud-based infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting, networking, and problem-solving skills.

$70 - $100 an hour
