Job Description

As the Senior Program Manager, Client Operations, for FSD, you will guide multiple complex client implementations and important strategic programs. You will partner with banks, credit unions, fintechs, and telecommunications companies—to provide impactful solutions and ensure successful outcomes.

You will report to FSD, and reside in or near one of our collaboration hubs:

You'll have opportunity to:

• Lead multiple complex client implementations across our product suite from launch to completion alongside project teams spanning teams
• Create and maintain project documentation including project plans, deliverables, ownership, communication plans, and risks
• Provide direction to project teams by tracking deliverables, identifying risks, and managing escalations to ensure successful outcomes
• Communicate program status, important milestones, and risks to all partners
• Partner to deliver an outstanding client experience, while identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery and Technical Project Managers, Product and other teams to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and agreement

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required
• PMP or PgMP Certification preferred
• 10+ years' experience client-facing program management, or project management
• 5+ years' experience Agile methodologies, integrations, API's, transactional systems, and architecture is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude and Enterprise ChatGPT
• Experience with financial services and credit industry is beneficialExperience with software implementations is beneficial
• Reside in, or near the designated Collaboration Hub(s) for this role.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
