At Elvis Eckardt Recruitment, we believe hiring should be personal, precise and useful—not a numbers game. Founded in 2019 by former professional footballer Elvis Eckardt, we are a bootstrapped Recruitment and HR consultancy supporting start-ups, SMEs and global organisations, including the Big Four. We bring more than 16 years of experience and have recruited across over 50 countries. We provide tailored solutions instead of forcing every client into the same model. Whether you need one specialist, an executive, contractors, freelancers or a complete team, we build the search around your organisation, market and goals. Our services include: • Permanent and Contract Recruitment • Executive Search and Headhunting • Freelancer and Interim Delivery • Extended Workbench and Teamlifts • HR Advisory and Recruitment Transformation • Market Mapping and Workforce Planning We work across SatCom, New Space, Telecom, Engineering, Financial Services, FMCG, E-Commerce, Mining, Maritime and Professional Services. Technology supports our recruiters; it does not replace them. Every application is reviewed by a human. Our applicant tracking system manages applications and communication but does not make AI-driven hiring decisions. Giving back is part of how we do business. We reinvest approximately 20% of our profits into sport and community initiatives. Our club partnerships have included Bolton Wanderers, Leigh Leopards, Oldham RLFC, Leigh RUFC and FC Erzgebirge Aue, alongside grassroots and youth organisations. Through “Recruitment That Gives Back,” 100% of the fee from selected assignments is invested into grassroots sport. Our Talent Partnership model also generates income for partner clubs whenever we successfully recruit for one of their sponsors. We find exceptional people, help organisations grow and, wherever possible, leave something positive behind. Need recruitment support? 📩 [email protected] 🌐 www.elvis-eckardt.com
