OpenUp

On a mission to make mental well-being accessible to all.

About OpenUp

At OpenUp, we support employees to thrive at work and beyond. Our accessible mental well-being platform helps build resilient, engaged teams by offering personalised support through three key services: one-to-one sessions with psychologists, lifestyle experts, or financial experts, as well as interactive group sessions, and self-guided learning tools. Unlike traditional EAPs, OpenUp provides direct access to preventative mental well-being support. No waiting lines, anonymous, and available in 45 languages. Trusted by 2,000+ organisations, OpenUp is your partner in tackling workplace challenges like absenteeism and retention, while boosting productivity and engagement. Want to know more?
